ABOUT ME / MY BACKGROUND

I graduated as a Person-Centred Therapist in 1999 at Edinburgh University and am a member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP).

I have over 35 years of in-depth experience of supporting, enabling and empowering young people, adults and organisations through challenging periods and processes, enabling a positive process of self-discovery, increased self-awareness, confidence, agency and personal growth.

I have designed & facilitated personal development programmes for people from all ages and backgrounds from across the UK, and beyond into developing countries. I have designed, taken part in, and led expeditions in Australia, New Zealand, Siberia, Alaska, Greenland, Scotland, Europe, Africa, and the Himalayas.

My Approach

My Approach

Through my unique background of working with people through times of difficulties and personal challenge, combined with my deeply rich expedition and wild journey background, I am able to take you to places that might seem a little off the map both physically, emotionally and organisationally.

I’m deeply passionate and committed to all aspects of personal development while finding meaning and purpose through life, work and adventure. Supporting and guiding people through challenge or personal crisis, my approach is guided by my deep-rooted passion for personal development and my extensive experience and intuition as much as by my training as a Person-Centred Therapist.

The meaning of life is to give life meaning.
- Viktor Frankl

My focus is on enabling you to achieve your full potential
by extending your boundaries all the while facilitating a process of self-discovery.
