Trained as a person-centred therapist and a expedition guide with over 35 years experience of supporting people through change and challenges, my approach is humanistic and deals with the ways in which we perceive ourselves consciously, rather than how a therapist interprets our unconscious thoughts or ideas.
I also support single parents struggling with the task of independent parenting.
to adulthood and offer a unique, modern day “Rite of Passage” programme.

My focus is on enabling you to achieve your full potential by facilitating a process of self-discovery in which you eventually find and self-actualize solutions to the challenges you face.
With over 35 years of experience working with staff teams both nationally and internationally, fostering a sense of belonging to shared values and philosophical alignment to the companies ethos.
Through my unique background of working with people through times of difficulties and personal challenge, combined with my deeply rich expedition and wild journey background, I am able to take you or your organisation to places that might seem a little off the map both physically, emotionally and organisationally.
