It can be challenging when feeling stuck or in crisis to take the first step and ask for help, but once that step has been taken a journey of personal growth can begin.
Based in Edinburgh but working at an international level I work with clients face to face in Scotland and beyond via zoom online. I offer counselling and coaching as well as a bespoke wilderness therapeutic programmes utilising the power of nature for personal development.
Trained as a person-centred therapist and a expedition guide with over 35 years experience of supporting people through change and challenges, my approach is humanistic and deals with the ways in which we perceive ourselves consciously, rather than how a therapist interprets our unconscious thoughts or ideas.
I also support single parents struggling with the task of independent parenting.
to adulthood and offer a unique, modern day “Rite of Passage” programme.
Including anxiety, depression, loss, relationship challenges, abuse and anger
Through my unique background of working with people through times of difficulties and personal challenge, combined with my deeply rich expedition and wild journey background, I am able to take you or your organisation to places that might seem a little off the map both physically, emotionally and organisationally.
I’m deeply passionate and committed to all aspects of personal development while finding meaning and purpose through life work and adventure. Supporting and guiding people through challenge or personal crisis, my approach is guided by my deep-rooted passion for personal development and my extensive experience and intuition as much as by my training as a Person-Centred Therapist.
