I believe the essence of coaching is to help you change in the way you want to change while guiding and supporting you go in the direction you want to go. Coaching supports a person at every level in becoming who you want to be – it builds awareness, empowers choice and leads to change unlocking a person’s potential to maximise their performance helping them to learn rather than being taught.
